3. but I am pretty experienced when it comes to customer service (started working when I was 13 in sales) and this was the worst customer service I have ever had.

4. All in all, it was the worst hotel experience we have ever had (and traveling with sports teams, I have stayed in some pretty budget hotels) and I wouldn`t pay $50 for a room there, much less $200.
