6. Staff had no reaction, not even an apology, about our complaints - though at check-out, staff did tell us that the new owners are just looking to flip the property and truly do not care about their patrons.

7. My only complaint, does mirror that of a few others: the service is quite variable with the vast majority exhibiting a very professional, courteous and pleasant demeanor, while others appear to be simply doing a job.
