3. The bed was rather hard, but they use high quality linens and pillows to help cover that.

4. The carpet had MULTIPLE stains throughout the room (No exaggeration), The bed was as hard as a rock, The floor to our room literally sloped at an angle due to aging of the structure, faceplates were missing to the tv's electrical outlet, which exposed wiring (unsafe).

5. I will say that it is not the best hotel for someone that is a bit older as there are steep steps in the entrance, a slow elevator, very deep tub, windows that are hard to open and some uneven flooring.

7. A hotel is very important to my husband & I when we travel & it was very hard choosing one in the wonderful city of San Francisco.

8. I will say that the marble(?) entryway stairs are a bit steep, so, certain guests may have a hard time entering.
