5. And yes rooms have air condition; there is free wireless and a computer w/ printer at the lobby ; parking on street isn't to bad and no smell .

As we were waiting one morning to ask for help with scheduling a rental car which says in plain sight on the desk that they'd be 'happy to help with,' (ended up the guy had no clue what to do and we asked a bellhop at another hotel), another guest was telling the guy at the desk about how his room had a funny smell.
