1. The only reason I gave 4 'stars ' is because there are no ice machines; I solved that problem by going to a Walgreens up the street and buying a cheapie styrofoam cooler and the small (but well stocked) grocery store across the street sold bags of ice for a dollar.

2. The rooms are very basic (and not good looking) but clean and the staff was very helpful as I had problems with the locker and it was promptly solved.

4. Yes, the carpets have an unpleasant smell but if you buy an air freshener the problem is solved, in your room at least.

9. The only problem with my room was that I didn't have any cellphone coverage (T-Mobile) I was located in the ground floor (to the back) so I assume that is a problem for all the rooms in that area but not for the rooms in higher floors.
