1. Felt safe walking around at night but made sure to steer clear from the Tenderloin area about 4-5 blocks away which was never an issue in the daylight.

5. Overall we were happy with the hotel, it`s the kind of place that will be great if nothing goes wrong but if you have any issues at all, don`t expect the staff to be gracious in helping.
