1. quite clean, though the rugs in the rooms could stand to be replaced, the room, while bare bones, was comfy and worked for a few days, (can't beat the price of 88.

3. The owners do not even pretend to care that they can barely speak English, and they are terribly rude, with the exception of a nice you lady in the evening.

4. Cons: staff can be difficult and hard to understand as they barely speak English (most of them) and were annoyed when I asked for the fridge we had reserved and why I was unable to turn the heat on.
