4. Obviously a converted apartment building it isnt set up with and lacks many of the amenities and conveniences of large new hotels, but they have done a lot with what they have and you will not find a better place for the money for sure.

8. The location is handy to the cable cars, Union Square, Chinatown & the city (it`s not too hilly to walk there either), but the smell, expensive parking & lack of service/services in the actual hotel are a bit of a drawback.
