1. There IS wired net access in the room; the ethernet jack location is a bit unfortunate, but they supply a great long cable to make up for it.

3. He had argued that we had signed the form at check in saying $174 a night so we had to pay that but we were absolutely exhausted after a long (and delayed) flight so I had unfortunately not noticed the mistake then.

4. Given that we could easily have gotten by on a continental breakfast of a plain crossaint and a banana it was unfortunate that it didn't even meet *our* needs.

5. unfortunately, the horizontal body sprayers in the glass-enclosed shower were not designed for mid-height or short people so they may hit you in the face (I'm 5'5' and they hit me in some pretty awkward places).
