1. For what? Putting out the breakfast I paid for? For hand-washing dishes? I was baffled and seriously annoyed at this.

2. The manager did email us back and we were refunded the money immediately but it was a bit annoying that it was not sorted straight away and didn't like the way Wayne had handled it.

3. It was 8pm Sunday night so we could not get in contact with the manager and was annoyed that he did not try to do this for us.

4. The other thing that was annoying was when we checked out Wayne at reception tried to charge us at $174 a night but we have pre-booked directly with the hotel at $104 a night.
