1. As others have said, the area around the hotel is undergoing major restoration work and a new Marriott hotel is being built in front of the hotel causing some noise, which wasn't an issue for us (we could sleep without any problem until at least 8-9 am).

3. I will agree with another reviewer on the issue of having a television in the bedroom - just odd not to have one in the bedroom as well as the living area.

7. construction on whole street, most bldgs boarded up and shady w/ few homeless after dark, but walking right instead of left out of hotel solves that issue.

8. Number of issues : 1 - Sleeper sofa that they claim can sleep 2 can sleep two only if the thing was not ripped apart.
