3. They are very busy roads with lots of traffic, but the worst part is all the action that continues to occur both at night and in the early AM.

4. One other side note, the business center at the Monaco was fantastic but the work space in the rooms themselves was arguably the worst I`ve ever seen (wireless internet, yes, but desk space, no).
