1. So over the next night there were some problems, when we mentioned them to the manager on duty we were upgraded which was really great.

7. The only *very* minor problem I had was that the check-in clerk forgot to give me a key to the minibar, which I had hoped to use for cold storage (rectified without issue).

8. While it was not a problem to have them brought up to our room, I think bringing their own bowls would have been easier and better for them (even though they were very nice round dog beds and nice brand new metal bowls).

9. there is quite alot of down and outs in the area which i thought would be a problem but not at all didnt bother us one bit even late at night simply cannot say enough about how good this hotel is it is in downtown san francisco make sure you book this one as there is one in china town to.
