1. So I booked a Queen Deluxe and requested to be on a pet free floor and in a room facing inward to avoid the noise.

2. Only complaint with the suite (Mediterreanean) was that the sofa bed was very uncomfortable for our teenage son - had to result in moving the mattress on to the floor to avoid the bar in the bed, so suite is really only good for 2 adults and maybe a child.

6. There also a Wallgreens opposite the hotel on Geary which we used to buy bottled water (and avoiding paying $5 each for the ones in the hotel room).

8. The Hotel itself is situated two blocks from Union Square which is great location for shopping and eating but is still far enough away to avoid a lot of the traffic and noise you would expect from a City Centre.
