1. It smelled horrible & didn't have a temp control so heat was blowing frequently and the room was only about 8x10? If anyone else would've been in there it would be crowded.

9. When we came into our room the cleaning lady was sitting on the bed she left a funny smell on the pillow that she sat on, she was very warming and had a friendly smile though.
