3. Everyone was so loud, especially the front desk personnel who seemed to like to mention out LOUD the guests' name, room number, and a couple of times I overheard the room rate ($$) they were paying.

5. There were a lot of families with young children/babies staying on the night we were there (a Thursday night) and it was loud with their noise.

7. Plus, we were in the SE corner of the hotel, which is across an alleyway from a music venue, and even with the windows closed, it was pretty loud.

8. But on the other hand we were placed in a room that is close to Blue Chicago on Clark (which has performances every night of the week) and the music is loud and it didn't stop until about 1 or 2am.
