4. Our complaints would be that the room was noisy and too bright at night from the city lights(need heavier drapes) and the elevator was small and slow.

7. My only complaint was that streets & san was working on Ohio ave starting at midnight, not the hotels fault but readers should know to bring ear plugs just in case of construction or more 5 alarm fires.

8. The only complaint I would have about the service is a minor one - we had stored luggage after we checked out; we went to the front desk to retrieve it and the woman at the front desk called the bellman who was obviously very busy and tied up with other guests.
