1. Our complaints would be that the room was noisy and too bright at night from the city lights(need heavier drapes) and the elevator was small and slow.

3. The hotel is located right along the feeder route into the Mag Mile/River North which is great if you're coming in by car but it can be really busy/noisy.

7. A/C worked extremely well - room was downright chilly when we arrived - but unit was SO NOISY that - when presented with the choice of listening to the heavy thunderstorm or the AC unit for sleeping, we chose the storm and turned off the unit.

9. There have been times that I've stayed in an area that was noisier than others, so I always request to be in a 'not so noisy area' and have never been rejected.

10. Yes, it takes awhile for hot water (there are hundreds of rooms, the pipes have a way to go), the breakfast might not be a huge selection (we always go to McDonald's across the street), the street noise is too loud (being in Chicago, if it wasn't a bit noisy I'd be worried.
