1. After the accident the hotel and mangement never offered to help us or provide any assistance and 2 months later that hotel has none nothing to resolve the issue, they will not even return phone calls.

2. we had an issue with our TV and I spent 45 minutes on the phone talking to 3 different employees who tried to re-set the system and they finally sent up maintenance.

3. we took the wrong elevator and walked around aimlessly for quite a while- study the map first or ask :) Again- overall we liked our stay- great room, good location, quiet, etc but the movie issue put a little damper on our 'stay in' night.

6. It's difficult to find decent places to stay in Chicago for less than $200 per night so the rates are a general issue rather than an issue with this particular hotel.

7. The bathroom was pretty gross (squishy liner and assorted other issues) and it is a noisy hotel overall.
