1. He got me into my room quickly, even though it was a busy convention weekend, and the next day took care of a problem I had even though he didn't have to.

Went there for the C2E2 convention and everything about the service was great from have our car parked and our items taken to our room by the staff was worth the trip , food was great and just the whole set up of everything was just all that and more, not one problem with anything will go back again next year thank you to all the staff at the HYATT mccormick place.
