1. I emailed Hyatt about my issues and they responded that buying through Priceline doesn't count and they will email me back about my parking charge.

2. I was very satisfied on how clean my room was and that I could sleep without worrying about any bed bug issues, which is rare when traveling to a large city hotel.

5. My family stayed here after the hotel accepted a great Priceline deal (thank you for accepting Priceline, it helped us get to experience a Chicago trip when funds are usually an issue for us).

10. -Work out room is open 24-hours, but adjacent pool has limited hoursOverall, this hotel was decent and there weren't any glaring issues, but I think my money would have been better-spent elsewhere.
