3. Also, one of the elevators was broken and another broke while I was there - leaving only two servicing the top 12 floors in a fully booked hotel.

6. They said they had been broken and not replaced) 2) Phone - You could call out but was broke and could not receive calls 3) The alarm clock was broke 4) No hot water in shower - For two days matter what time we tried the water was cold.
