I was too busy with my business to complain to them so I endured several days, but was
frustrated
with the shortcomings of what should have been a 5 star rating and instead was disappointing.

For leisure, however, it proved

ing: 24 hours a day for parking (and that's NOT valet), very thin walls, no minibar, in a desolate city location, separated from downtown by half-empty mixed-income housing project renovations.
