1. We just parked in the parking garage and took a taxi if we knew traffic was going to be bad.

4. A BIG problem is SOUND - no sound proofing -- the unfortunate person in the next room must have had a very bad cold - which I was able to hear quite clearlyNot the hotel's fault but the convention center (and Hotel) is so remote from downtown Chicago.

10. I felt bad for them, their shops and homes have been replaced with empty storefronts and luxury condos made for people that apparently don't want to live or open businesses there.
