1. We had a problem getting somone to help with our bags when we checked in but after that I guess management spoke to someone as i never noticed anyone having a problem again.

2. We had no problems other than water pressure which others have written about and we had a problem with the room size as it was smaller than we booked and they agreed and applied a credit immediately so no problem there.

8. I called downstairs for both problems and they sent up a different engineer - also very pleasant and competent - who replaced the Internet cord, and told me the building's heat was not yet turned on.
