1. They didnt charge for the 1st night but we were so disappointed after our high expectations it didnt count for any thing.

4. Given the run-around by the concierge and front desk receptionist, I left the hotel most disappointed and visited a neighboring property where I was greeted , served, and made to feel like a guest should.

5. The Drake takes you back in time, with its dimly lit corridors, heavy carpeting, room decor but yet manages to retain fucntionality - so if you are one looking for the ultimate five star experience, perhaps you would be disappointed if you expect a hilton service and decor.

9. I believe that all the bathtubs in the hotel are the originals, which means they are small and shallow; I would have expected the Senator's Suite to come with a sumptuous bathtub large enough for two, and it was beyond disappointing that it didn't.
