1. I have traveled all over the US & Europe for business & pleasure never have I encountered service as poor as this.

2. I could barely hear the person across the counter from me, now whether that was because he was soft spoken or because of the poor acoustics in the lobby allowing chatter and the sound of the fountain drown him out, I'm not sure, but if nothing else, it was poor planning.

We had airconditioning problems at 11:30 one night, problems with unsupervised teenagers at 1:00am not resolved after calling the front desk and security coming up, crowded extrasmall swimming pool, poor quality and extremely crowded breakfast which the hotel suggested going between 6-6:30am for a "less crowded" time.
