1. I could barely hear the person across the counter from me, now whether that was because he was soft spoken or because of the poor acoustics in the lobby allowing chatter and the sound of the fountain drown him out, I'm not sure, but if nothing else, it was poor planning.

2. There was also an Italian restaurant attached to the hotel and the food was fantastic, we had booked a table but we were an hour waiting to be seated we didn mind as there was about 8 of us and we were enjoying our drinks for the inconvenience the provided us with free appetizers and there was so much we barely needed a main course.
