downside
is that there is no pool, mind you, this is an older building (1920s methinks) so they did not build pools back then.

One
downside
is the lack of restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel (starbucks closes at 8) so you should probably eat before you go back to the hotel, although room service was not too bad.
