1. There is no pool but you can use their sister hotels, WiFi only in the business center or it costs, and the wait staff at least the male we had was very rude (the food was ok try the skirt steak lunch portion is awesome), and no mircowave are my only complaints.

2. My only complaint about the workout facility was that the equipment was kind of dusty, not really dirty, but it did not look as though they have anyone assigned to clean the equipment on a regular basis.

7. I have no complaints about this hotel except that we tried to bring a cooler in and they did not allow us to do so.

8. The hotel staff was very cordial but my only complaint about my stay at the Renaissance Blackstone was the 50 minute wait for a Caesar salad to be delivered to my hotel room.
