1. I have heard reviewers complain they were not soft enough but it is not because they are bad towels, just a different style.

4. My sister's room did not and she also had a sliding bathroom door which many people complained about, but she loved it.

5. The bathroom seemed bigger than average; the lack of a tub was not a problem for me and the 'gap' that others have complained about (the sliding door to the bathroom) would only be a problem if your room-mate walked right up to the door and tried to peer through the gap.

6. A minus is that the Club Floor did not appear open during my visit, and I always make a point to complain when the Club Floor is not open to Platinum Members on the weekend.

10. Security was prompt in making other guests be quiet after I complained of noise and then it was very quiet and I slept well.
