3. As a 'professional hospitality business' - you would think the notion of reactivating a key card & immediately running it up to us - without disturbing a guest would be something they would suggest first.

4. on west side of building you can hear the EL train go by but this would only disturb the lightest of sleepers.

5. The best part for me was the free internet in the business center, I also liked the witty 'do not disturb' signs that read instead 'Please Go Away - I am debating with JFK'Overall a very pleasant stay, great location, great hotel and at a decent price.
