1. Worst of all, to me, is having a restaurant with a sidewalk cafe right next to a construction site with rats running around - truly disgusting.

2. I could put up with that and maybe even the dumpsters being filled and emptied at all hours but the rats also seem to have taken over - and this place has a restaurant that opens to a sidewalk cafe.
