1. On the Saturday before Easter our room wasn't made up until our complaint at 3 pm.

3. My only complaint was my view which was dark and seemed to be just of a roof top and the building next door which seemed about less than 20 feet away.

6. Out ONLY complaint was parking was a short walk offsite and the validated parking through the hotel was only $2/night leaving us a $98 parking fee for 3 nights.

7. The view wasn't great - we looked out at a wall - but we spent so little time in the room that it really didn't make much of a difference - and no complaints because we got that double queen room we really needed.

10. 3 night stay, booked through SLH, the location is excellent, the room we had and the general decor is a little heavy but no complaints, all clean and tidy, we had the benefit of a room upgrade which was nice.
