hard
to beat location -- Four Seasons & Waldorf on same block you know you're in the action.

I wanted her stay to be special since this would be her first time to visit Chicago, but had a
hard
time finding a decent room at a decent price, because of a big convention in town.

Other hotels may have fancier, more updated rooms, but it is
hard
to imagine finding a friendlier, more attentive staff.

The hotel is surrounded by active, ongoing construction, but we
hardly
noticed it during the weekend.

I've noticed that at most Chicago hotel bars it's
hard
to get a drink much less a seat but I guess because it's a small hotel that was not a problem at the Talbott - plus people take their drinks out to the seating in the lobby because it's so inviting - cozy and comfortable - love that.
