1. The staff was friendly and accommodating as we worked through the passport issue with the local passport agency; going so far as locating needed documents left in our room and then immediately faxing them to the agency while we waited.

2. My young son and I recently had an unplanned stay at the Talbott due to an expired passport issue en route to Jamaica.

3. The other issue was the annoying sound of the elevators could be heard in our room.

5. The other issue I had was I self parked in a garage the hotel told me to use and was told self parking was $34 a night valet was $51.

6. The Apple TV with streaming Netflix was great although there was a technical issue with the streaming during my stay.

7. The thermostat does not go down lower than 65 degrees, and that is a little hot for me for sleeping, but for most that will not be an issue.
