1. Room was small, but we had heard that NY hotel rooms were tiny, so I was expecting the worst, but was no where near as small as the horror stories I'd heard.

4. take my word for it, I'm pretty forgiving whn it comes to hotel, and after staying in 9 different hotels whilst in the states for a month this was BY FAR THE WORST and MOST EXPENSIVE.
