We had absolutely no complaints, yes breakfast is chaotic, but so is the rest of New York and yes, there were police/fire/ambulance sirens and lots of people noise again that is New York, best thing is if you want a countryside holiday go to the countryside but if you want a great hotel in a fabulous,fun city then I would recommend this hotel it is close to Penn Station, which means getting around the city and to and from the airport is easy.

3. While there was a good selection to choose form the breakfast room was just to small for the amount of people there and it became a bit chaotic there.
