1. No complaints here and the staff was friendly (friendlier than many NYC retail clerks I encountered during out trip) and worked efficiently.

We had absolutely no complaints, yes breakfast is chaotic, but so is the rest of New York and yes, there were police/fire/ambulance sirens and lots of people noise again that is New York, best thing is if you want a countryside holiday go to the countryside but if you want a great hotel in a fabulous,fun city then I would recommend this hotel it is close to Penn Station, which means getting around the city and to and from the airport is easy.

No complaints about the the hotel save that the elevator is slow, everything worked out fine, there were two places to park next door, (the one not associated with the hotel gave a better rate, $25/day I believe), there was light breakfast available on the main floor (though there are many better options available nearby) and it's very centrally located in a good neighborhood.
