3. One of the lifts had a family group in it and they would not get out of the lift, they just kept going up and down for the whole time???? When we complained the counter staff said they were customers like anyone else and if they wanted to stay in the lift then the staff were not going to stop them.

6. We complained to the front desk, expecting management to be as surprised as we were and to do something about it, but all that was done was management came up and sprayed air freshener in the hallway.

7. The only thing I wished was different about this hotel was the fact that it did not have a pool, however, Holiday Inn Express does not usually have a pool, so I can`t complain about this particular one.

8. Hotel was overrun with school parties, we spent 4 very sleepless night there in March 2007, having complained three times we were never taken serious, the manager was never in, he was gonna get back to us, that never happend.

9. Its not exactly luxury but more a room rate that varied between 100 and 220 dollars over the festive break we could not complain.
