1. The noise wasn't terrible but Park Avenue was much much louder on a Friday night than I expected since there aren't a lot of restaurants or clubs nearby.

2. The bath tub was cool looking but the water came out very slowly and the shower was terrible with luke warm water which sprayed all over the floor-nothing like a mildly warm shower in December.
