1. My first issue is that they do not serve coffee until 8:00am on the weekends ( what is with that?)My next issue was the surly waiter at breakfast in the resturant.

2. Overall, this is a fine place to stay but I do have to echo what other reviewers have said in that it is looking a little worn in some spots (paint on doors, bathroom ceiling) and it might be time to upgrade the matresses? We did have an a/c issue which was never resolved, but since the windows opened, the temperature was fine for us.

9. Yes, they did add the 'industry standard' 20% gratuity to the room service tab- that one I have seen everywhere before so no issue there.

10. But I realize that some people tip the guy at McDonald's for handing them their food so for those people I'm sure this would be a non-issue.
