4. The bathroom is teeny tiny and the commode is very close to the wall, which might make it difficult for larger people to maneuver.

5. All in all we where very happy with the choice of Hotel finding it very difficult to find one to beginn with as some reviews are dreadfull, but we where really lucky having choosen 70 Park Avenue.

6. The room has a desk area, flat screen large TV, bed and night stands, there isn't a dresser which for long stays could make things difficult but we were only there for 2 nights so we could manage.
