1. Dont get me wrong the room was not dirty by any means just missing the last look over before handing over the keys.

The only gross thing was that the laundry on our floor (15th) is put in a hamper in the hallway which would have been disguised and unnoticeable - except - that the staff let it overflow both days we were there and as we walked out of our rooms you had to hug the opposite wall the get by without touching some strangers dirty towel.

The only complaint that I had was that the maid service left a little to be desired - she never replenished the glasses in our room even when they were very clearly dirty - and when the staff brings stuff up to your room upon your request they have a tendency to just try and walk in without knocking.
