As I was cleaning up the water, I saw that the bathroom metal door jamb was rusted, and the wood trim on the outside of the bathroom door looked a bit moldy--I clearly wasn't the first person to have made the shower curtain

I think it terribly inappropriate to overbook your hotel and then try to ship people off somewhere else because you made a

.

I also told him that I had sent numerous emails to the hotel regarding the

s in the reservation as well as my enquiries about the transport and had only received a reply after my arrival.

When reading reviews keep in mind that sometimes a one time
mistake
or construction on the street is not always the hotels fault.
