2. I live about 40 minutes outside of the city, so after night out, I tend to want to avoid the hassle of trains and driving and just have a place to stay nearby.

3. Yes it is cheap for such a great location and if you are a student backpacker then I guess it is fine, but if you can afford to, then pay more to avoid what is a glorified backpackers/youth hostel.
