3. She blamed me for calling reservations and not the hotel (I DID call the hotel direct), she said I called the wrong Doubletree (so how did they pull my reservation each time), she accused me of lying that I never called.

4. Also we accidentally dialed a couple of wrong numbers trying to get through to Aus and each time they cost $15 each and again the staff kindly took that off the bill too.

10. If you want a half decent hotel for a resonable price this is your place - for anyone in the UK - its no better than Premier Inn so lets not get too excited - as for the city - you cant go wrong and you wont run out of things to see or do.
