3. I am not saying this was a 'bad' hotel - I mean the location is very central to all the happenings of Times Square, Madison Square Garden and the rest of Midtown, but I feel like for the money, the management could spend a little more money on the small things, like updating the bathrooms and brightening up the paint to give the hotel a little more visual appeal that is expected with a mid-level hotel.

6. the really bad part was, we left our passports in the safe when we left as was catching a train to new orleans, to pick up a cruise, we realised what we had done after we had left new york, we then phoned the hotel to get them to check the safe in the room, the manager said he would and that he would phone us back.

9. The only bad thing with the bathroom was that there was no shower curtain; we could not use the sink while someone else was showering and our drain was slow.
