1. Yes, it's small but not big deal if solo and if not, go enjoy NYC and just sleep in the room.

3. Start with the cons:* One of our two rooms wasn't ready* We are a By Request member and so are supposed to get a snack/beverage but it wasn't there upon our arrival which was no big deal to me.

4. If I have one complaint it was that the ice machine on our floor stopped working the last 2 days of the stay but I was able to go to another flr to get ice so that was really no big deal.

5. We had to ask for coffee re-fills a couple of times at breakfast, but considering the nice amenities, friendliness of service, and overall hotel experience, not a big deal to us.

6. Pros:- Good sized rooms, small but not tiny like some NY rooms- Clean- Friendly & helpful staff- Good location, easy walking distance to most big sightsCons:- Slow elevators, but that's hardly a big deal.

8. The location of the Hotel is not the greatest, it is about 10 blocks from Times Square but getting a cab was no big deal and there are lots of restaurants with walking distance.

9. I called about the omission of welcome cocktails, which are part of the concierge-level, and was told I could have the breakfast as part of the rate but not the drinks (not a big deal, but if it's part of concierge level, it should be consistently applied).
