7. The concierge had lots of energic attitude, you expect this in Manhattan, unfortunately the concierge got 3 out of our 4 queries wrong.

9. Something had gone wrong, because this was not the case on arrival, however the hotel staff were very good and immediately arranged for a camp bed to be put in our room (originally on the 3rd floor) and they said that the next day they would move us to a different room with a spare bed.
